Scholarship Program
2023

The Scholarship Program enhances our overall commitment to higher education by providing financial assistance to Persons employed in the Adhesives Industry. Rewarding academic achievement is a priority of the program. However, with cost a frequent obstacle, a scholarship can often make the difference between whether or not a student attends college.

Often, under laws governing scholarship programs such as this, scholarship recipients must be selected impartially. This means that not every applicant can be a recipient. While the program is highly competitive, all students are encouraged to apply, since the applicant pool does change each year.

The award selection process is administered entirely by the ASMAC executive Committee.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

To be eligible for this program, you must be a dependent child of an active employee who has at least one year of continuous full-time employment with a company which is an active member of The Adhesives and Sealants Manufacturers association of Canada at the time of the award.

A dependent child of an employee is any person dependent on the employee in a normal parent-child relationship that qualifies such person for other benefits provided by the Member Company to its employees.

Scholarships are awarded to graduating high school seniors or to qualified persons enrolled in post-secondary programs or their equivalent (vocational-technical or college) at a level below the fourth year of such programs.
